In-Person Adult Mindful Movement Class
Join us every Thursday at 10:00 AM or 5:00 pm for a rejuvenating session of Monday Mindful Movement, led by the talented Dulcey Griffith! This one-hour session is dedicated to enhancing your well-being through mindful movement, helping you connect with your breath and body. Throughout the practice, we'll focus on your heart center, where emotions are most deeply felt, allowing you to observe and accept these emotions through movement, creating space in your life to regulate them. As you continue, you'll notice how your feelings may shift and change while accepting them exactly where you are. Each month, we'll explore a different health topic, allowing us to practice mindfulness and respond skillfully rather than reacting habitually, especially in challenging situations. Join us for a transformative experience in mindful movement and emotional well-being.
