Nine minutes of my amputee story and pathway to becoming a nurse
I was recently honored with the opportunity to share my story as a guest speaker with The Lamp Storytelling. This movement heals nurses in the United States healthcare system by sharing authentic nurse stories.
Listen in as I revisit my becoming an amputee at ten years old, followed by other life-changing illnesses and challenges that I now see as gifts.
There is a reason I pursued becoming a nurse after initially believing I wanted to be an accountant. However, the challenges I have faced in the past 40 years have delivered me to where I am today; learn more about how I overcame my fears to live an authentic life of service, aspirations and helping others.
I love what I do and welcome you to follow along and reach out with your own story of survival and how you thrive.
If you are struggling with motivation, direction, and accountability; reach out to learn more about how nurse coaching can help you live your best life!
I love this and that power dress!
